When using the NotifyIcon control and you want to show the balloon tips the balloon doesn't appear or show up in the taskbar.

Check the setting, make it 1 to enable and 0 to disable.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\EnableBalloonTips
